I traveled to Nevada City, CA to participate in a concert with friends I hadn’t seen in a very long time. It was so much fun! And then I spent a week in Minneapolis, MN with friends there, it was a very much needed break from the ongoing pollution happening in Los Angeles.
I have info to share with you that I found fascinating about Ocean salt water! As most of you know, I’m an ocean person, and although I love lakes, streams, waterfalls, and rivers, nothing does it for me more than riding a wave in the ocean. Scientists weighed in and this is what the outcome was!
Don’t be surprised if the last month of 2025 has even more endings, conclusions, of relationships, friendships, job, careers, beckoning you to new horizons, new paths. Be open to inner guidance.
We are being challenged to find common ground, to listen, to be kind in the face of extreme challenges. I encourage you to receive a session to keep centered to support you to stay on track! Or GIFT a session for a loved one who would benefit from having a session this month.
